sets out, in practical terms, what information we collect on this site, why, and what you
can require of us.

What data, and on what occasion
The only collection on this site takes place through the contact form.
You then provide us with: surname, first name, email address, telephone number, subject and
purpose of the enquiry, message, and where applicable a document you choose to attach.
We record neither your IP address nor your browser. The site uses
no audience measurement tool and no advertising tracker, and loads no font
or resource from a third-party server.
Why
Solely in order to handle your enquiry: to reply to you, to prepare a proposal, or to
direct you to the right person. This data is neither sold, nor rented, nor used for
unsolicited marketing.
Who has access
- The Ondoan Maroc teams concerned by your enquiry.
- Our hosting provider, established in Morocco, which hosts this site and
the database where your enquiry is recorded. - Our business email provider, established in the European Union, through
which the notification of your message passes.
No other recipient, and no transfer for commercial purposes. The identity of these
providers is available on simple request to
contact@ondoan.ma.
Transfer outside Morocco. As the notification of your message passes
through an email service established in the European Union, your data is transferred to a
country offering a level of protection recognised as adequate. This transfer is limited to
the strict content of your enquiry.
For how long
Your enquiry is kept for as long as is necessary to handle it and to follow up any
relationship that may arise from it, then automatically anonymised. Email
exchanges follow Ondoan Maroc’s internal retention policy.
Cookies
This site sets only the technical cookies required for it to function and for form
security. No audience measurement, profiling or advertising cookie is used — which is
why you are not shown a consent banner.
Your rights
Under Law no. 09-08 on the protection of individuals with regard to the
processing of personal data, you have a right of access, rectification, objection and
erasure in respect of data concerning you.
To exercise it, write to contact@ondoan.ma setting
out your request. We will reply as soon as we can.
You may also refer the matter to the Commission Nationale de contrôle de la
protection des Données à caractère Personnel (CNDP), the Moroccan
data protection authority —

Security
The site is served exclusively over HTTPS. Access to the administration area is restricted
and the email service is authenticated by token, with no password stored on the site.

This policy may change along with the site or the applicable regulations. The version in
force is the one published on this page.
