Service 01

Engineering and design studies

Design of detection, active protection, smoke control and air handling systems, through to detailed technical specifications.

  • Fire and gas detection: fire safety system design, detection and safety-actuation zoning, detector selection and positioning, correlations
  • Active protection: sprinkler and hose-reel hydraulic sizing, network calculations, gas, foam and water-mist extinguishing studies
  • Smoke control: natural and mechanical smoke ventilation studies, free-area calculations, pressurisation of corridors and stairwells
  • HVAC: airflow and thermal balances, network sizing, pressurisation and filtration of technical rooms
  • System consistency: cause-and-effect matrix, safety-actuation scenarios, specifications and technical requirements

Deliverables: calculation notes, schematic diagrams, layout drawings, cause-and-effect matrices, technical specifications.

Service 02

Procurement and sourcing

Procurement steered by the client’s needs: supply only against an existing specification, or the full chain starting from the design study, with equipment sized to the actual requirement.

  • Sourcing and qualification: identifying manufacturers, verifying NF, CE, FM, UL and VdS certifications, fit with the project’s standards
  • Supplier consultation: drafting purchase specifications, tendering, comparative technical and commercial analysis
  • Negotiation and contracting: commercial terms, lead times, warranties, spare parts and service commitments
  • Order follow-up: scheduling, progress control, pre-shipment inspection, logistics and customs coordination
  • Receipt and traceability: conformity check on delivery, documentary verification, compilation of the supplier file

Deliverables: purchase specifications, comparative bid analysis, supplier file, acceptance reports.

Service 03

Turnkey EPC projects

A single point of contact from design study to acceptance: design, procurement and construction integrated under one contractual responsibility.

  • Engineering: design studies, sizing, construction drawings, technical specifications and cause-and-effect matrices
  • Procurement: supplier sourcing and qualification, consultations, purchasing, manufacturing follow-up, logistics and goods receipt
  • Construction: installation, assembly, connections, coordination of trades and site supervision
  • Commissioning: functional testing, performance tests, regulatory acceptance, close-out of punch list items
  • Project management: schedule, budget, interface management, risk control, client and QHSE reporting

Deliverables: design file, as-built documentation, test reports, fire safety system identity file, operator training.

Service 04

Maintenance and operations

Keeping fire safety and air handling systems operational, with installations that remain compliant and available throughout their life cycle.

  • Preventive maintenance: periodic visits, regulatory inspections, functional testing and compliance reports
  • Corrective maintenance: fault diagnosis, troubleshooting, repair and return to service
  • Contracts and availability: guaranteed response times, on-call cover, availability rates, spare-parts stock management
  • Retrofit and upgrade: replacement of obsolete equipment, extension of existing installations, regulatory compliance upgrades
  • Operational support: team training, operating procedures, assistance during safety inspection visits

Deliverables: maintenance plan, visit reports, up-to-date safety register, intervention history, improvement recommendations.

Service 05

Fire-fighting and first-aid training

Training of response teams and operating staff in fire fighting and casualty care, with scenarios matched to the site’s actual risks.

  • Fire fighting: use of extinguishers and hose reels, extinguishing techniques, live-fire drills and flame trays
  • First and second response teams: SCBA wearing, reconnaissance, fire attack and two-person crews
  • Evacuation and safety actuation: role of fire wardens and sweepers, evacuation drills, management of assembly points
  • Casualty care: workplace first aid, life-saving actions, use of the AED, how to respond to a casualty
  • Drills and scenarios: internal emergency plan drills, crisis simulations, lessons learned and improvement plans

Deliverables: training programme, teaching materials, attendance certificates, drill reports, post-drill recommendations.
